  • Scope of Practice: Services are provided using reasonable care and skill in accordance with CSP and HCPC standards.

2. Initial Assessment & Treatment

  • Initial Assessment: All new patients must undergo a mandatory initial assessment (typically [45/60] minutes) to evaluate needs and develop a treatment plan.

  • No Guarantees: While I aim for the best possible clinical outcomes, no specific result can be guaranteed.

  • Instructions: Progress depends on following "reasonable instructions," such as completing home exercise programmes.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Current Fees: My current fee schedule is available on the this website

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of the booking or within 7 days of the invoice being issued.

  • Additional Costs: Additional charges will apply for travel, detailed written reports/programs, or attendance at meetings.

4. Cancellations and Attendance

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellation Fee: Late cancellations may be charged at the full fee at the therapist's discretion

  • Late Arrivals: If child is brought late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. If the therapist arrives late, the session will be extended to allow the full booking time or the cost will be adjusted pro rata as required.

5. Consent and Safeguarding

  • Parental Consent: Consent for treatment must be provided by a person with legal parental responsibility for any child under 16.

  • Chaperoning: All children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of every session.

  • Privacy Policy: Please refer to my full Privacy Policy details on how I handle your data.

7. Liability

  • Predictable Loss: I am liable for loss or damage that is a predictable result of my negligence, but not for loss that could not have been reasonably predicted.
